Our policy is very short and simple. We promise to never provide any names, addresses (both home and e-mail) or telephone numbers to any outside party.

RETURN POLICY |
|
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may exchange or return the items for a full refund on merchandise only (shipping charges cannot be refunded) within a 21 day period from the date the item is shipped by us.
After the 21 day period, internet credits will be issued for items returned as long as they are done so within a 30 day period. After the 30 day period, returns will not be accepted. Items sent back after the 30 day period will be returned to the sender and charged back for the shipping charges.
The previous rules do not apply to either swim wear, dressy clothes or lingerie.
Sorry, we cannot accept items back that are soiled or dirty, have animal hair on them or contain odors such as deodorant or perfume. If an item arrives back to us in an other than new condition, the item will be sent back to the customer and they will be charged the shipping cost.

| Dressy Clothes and Swimwear: |
Returns of dressy clothes and swimwear must be postmarked within 14 days from the date the order is shipped in order to receive a full refund less the shipping changes. After the 14 day period, merchandise credits to be used on our internet site will be issued for items that are returned.

| Bras and Lingerie: |
Bras and lingerie can be returned for a full refund less the shipping charges within a 21 days as long as they have not been washed or worn (no longer than needed to check the fit) and is in original package. Bras damaged from being laundered in a washing machine will not be accepted for return. Please wash bras by hand or in a garment bag when using the washing machine. Underwire bras are best laundered by hand.

| How do I make a return? |
In order to return an item for a refund or exchange; Package the item in a strong envelope or box and ship it to:

Include a copy of your receipt and an explanation of what you would like, a refund or exchange for a larger size or a different style. We pay the shipping costs for the order sent in exchange with the exception of bras.

| Sales Tax |
At maternity 4 less we are required to collect sales tax only in New York State. In all other states where we do not have a presence, sales tax will not be collected. We determine proper sales tax by category by the zip code of your billing address. The proper tax will reflect on our order confirmation. Back to Top

| Shipping Information |
Orders received on weekdays will be processed and shipped from our store within 24 hours.

Orders received on weekends will be shipped on Mondays.

All orders will be shipped either via Us Postal service or via United Parcel Service. We will use our discretion as to the most efficient way to ship. The normal delivery time is 3-5 days. If you prefer expedited delivery, please indicate so and we will notify you via e-mail of cost
and timing. We use Fed Ex for overnight shipping.

In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you immediately and not charge your account until the item is shipped.

The following shows estimated costs for shipping outside of the US. All over seas packages are sent via the US Post Office which usually takes 4-10 days for delivery to the country's local post office. The fees are based on the weight of the items sent and what
